| Duff-Norton's Series 500
"Around the Shaft" Rotary Unions®
are used in conjunction with the customer's
shaft and retaining sleeve. Series 500 joints are available in two
configurations for high speed, low pressure applications, or high
pressure, low speed applications. Series 500 in standard with
nickel treated carbon steel, in sizes from 20mm to 100mm. It is
also available in stainless steel. The high pressure, low speed
units can be used at pressures to 5800 psi., and speed less than
100RPM. The high speed low pressure models can be used at speeds
to 3000RPM, and pressure to 175 psi.
